Turkish club Samsunspor Fc have confirmed Edwin Gyasi will miss the TFF 1. Lig clash with Altay today.
The Netherlands-born Ghanaian midfielder, Gyasi was excluded from the squad due to injury.
The 29-year-old, who joined the Turkish division one club as a free agent after parting ways with CSKA Sofia pulled up during their last training
Samsunspor Club gave the latest injury news on Gyasi ahead their game today.
“First degree muscle damage was detected in the left upper anterior muscle of our player, Edwin Gyasi, who was injured during the week’s training.
The treatment of our player continues in the company of our physiotherapists.”
Gyasi made his senior debut for the Ghana national football team in a 5-1 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification win over Congo on 5 September 2017.
