BREAKING: Sanwo-Olu Stops The Movement Of Okada, Tricycles, Opay, Gokada In Lagos

Lagos State government has stopped the movement of commercial motorcycles, popularly called Okada, and tricycles, also known as Keke Napep.

Opay and Gokada operators were also caught up with the restriction in some Local Government Areas in the state.

Among the 15 Local Governments and Local Council Development Centres affected are Apapa, Apapa Iganmu, Lagos Mainland, Yaba, Surulere, Itire Ikate, Coker Aguda, Eti-Osa, Lagos Island, Ikeja, Onigbongo, Ojodu, Ikoyi-Obalende, Iru Ikoyi-Obalande and Lagos Island East.

Full implementation according to the state government would kick-off February 1, 2020.
